Deliveries Policy

All MISS POLYPLEXI® bags are custom made to order and require up to 12 working days for knitting. Of course, we are trying our best to serve you the soonest possible and deliver your bag at the shortest period of time after you place your order. In the meantime, some bags may be in stock, but in these exceptional cases, you will be notified for immediate dispatch.

EU Signed for, 4-10 Business Days Service – Eur 15.

International Standard Delivery – Eur 30.

Free International delivery for all orders over Eur 500.


Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with the MISS POLYPLEXI® handmade bags that you buy from us, but if, for any reason, you changed your mind and you would like to return what you purchased, there is a simple procedure to follow. Just make sure you read the following information.

As all MISS POLYPLEXI® bags are custom made to order, therefore, once you place your order and you receive a confirmation e-mail from us, you cannot cancel it as we will handknit this bag especially for you.

Returns are accepted only if the goods are faulty and we are notified within 14 calendar days after you received your goods. You must either ensure that the goods are sent back to us within these 14 calendars days or notify us in writing, or email us at If you notify us that you would like to return the goods within the 14 calendar days period, you have further 14 days further from the date of return notification. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

We will accept returned items ONLY for exchange as long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached. We can only exchange goods for those of exactly the same design and value. Refunds are made at our discretion and in very exceptional cases.

When you return an item, please ensure that is well-packaged, as we cannot be responsible for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of the reason you would like an exchange. Please tick the box where it states: “The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us”. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items quite well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the cost of shipment to us when you return the goods.
