Shipping Policy

All MISS POLYPLEXI® bags are custom made to order and require up to 8-10 working days for knitting. Of course, we are trying our best to serve you the soonest possible and deliver your bag at the shortest period of time after you place your order. In the meantime, some bags may be in stock, but in these exceptional cases, you will be notified for immediate dispatch.

EU Signed for, 4-6 Business Days Service – 15€.

UK & Switzerland, 4-6 Business Days Service – 15€.

International Standard Delivery, 4-6 Business Days Service – 35€.

Returns Policy

A) Returns of Non-Defective Products – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract we have entered into by returning the products you purchased, without penalty and without having to provide a specific reason for your return, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of partial shipments/deliveries of the same order, the deadline starts from the date of receipt of the last product. In this case, you are only responsible for the cost of returning the products.

To ensure that the return of non-defective products is valid, the following conditions must be met:

a. The products you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received them, complete and undamaged, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

b. All amounts related to your order must have been fully paid, including shipping costs incurred if applicable.

c. You must notify us of your intention to return these products by sending an email to our e-mail address: [email protected], stating your order number and the specific products you wish to return, including their codes/names, which you can find on each product page on our website or in the email you received confirming the order.

Once all of the above occurs, we will send you an email to the address from which you submitted the withdrawal statement to confirm its receipt and the return of the products, after which you can proceed sending them back to us.

In the case of returning the products, upon receiving confirmation via email as described above, and depending on how you paid for your order and how the return will be processed, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we receive the products. Refunds will always be processed using the same method as the original payment.

For the return of a product due to withdrawal, the product must be well-packaged in a sturdy box and in its original packaging, including all the necessary items mentioned above to successfully complete the return.

Please note that if the products we receive upon return do not meet the requirements stated above (under paragraph a), they will be returned to the sender’s address at the sender’s expense.

B) Returns of Defective Products

In the case of actual defects or lack of agreed-upon qualities in the sold products, the provisions of the civil code apply.

To request a return of a product due to an actual defect or lack of agreed-upon qualities, you must send an email to [email protected], describing the actual defect or lack of agreed-upon qualities. After examining your request, we will send you a confirmation email so that you can return the product for a technical inspection to determine that the defect is not due to improper use or any other use not intended for the specific product.

If it is determined that the defect is not due to improper use or any other unintended use of the specific product, we will notify you via email at the address from which you submitted your return request, confirming the approval of your request. You will then need to let us know via email whether you wish:

a. A refund, or

b. A replacement of the product with a new product of the same type, category, and value.

We encourage you to thoroughly check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging upon delivery to identify any visible defects. If you notice any apparent defect upon delivery of any of the products in your order, you should inform us immediately and in any case within 24 hours of receiving the item(s), by sending an email to [email protected].

For the return of a product due to a defect, the product must be well-packaged in a sturdy box and preferably in its original packaging, including all necessary items mentioned above for the successful completion of the return.
