How can I maintain the original quality of my hand-knitted MISS POLYPLEXI bag?

All MISS POLYPLEXI bags are 100% handmade using high-quality and delicate materials which require special care. Following handcrafted procedures, all yarns and leathers are combined in original ways ensuring that you receive unique pieces of art.

To maintain the original quality of your MISS POLYPLEXI handbag, we recommend following the below:

  • Store your bag in your wardrobe or in a dust-free environment so that it is protected when it is not being used.
  • Do not wash your handbag in a washing machine.
  • Keep the bag away from any harmful detergents (i.e. bleach) as well as any liquids and oily products that could irreversibly damage it.
  • Do not overstuff your bag with heavy or pointy items.
  • Avoid exposure to high heat and humid conditions.
  • When your bag is not being used, stuff it with a soft material like tissue paper to maintain its shape.


How can I clean my MISS POLYPLEXI handbag?

In case your MISS POLYPLEXI bag is stained for any reason, please follow carefully the following steps:

  • Remove the stain the soonest possible – preferably before it dries in case any kind of liquid or gel stains the bag.
  • Depending on the stain and its extent, you can either clean it around the area of the stain, or clean the whole bag.
  • For local cleaning – around the area of stain – soak a soft sponge with water and remove the excess water by wringing the sponge. Rub the stain and the area around it very gently until the stain is removed and dry it carefully with a soft towel (preferably made of cotton) and let the bag dry by itself. In case the stain persists, you can use a small quantity of clothe detergent to help you further in removing the stain.
  • For a more efficient and integrated cleaning of the bag, submerge it in your bathroom’s basin and pour a small quantity of clothe detergent. Rub the bag carefully and gently with your hands as if you would wash a delicate clothe. Rinse the bag out with plenty of water until the detergent is completely removed. Let the excess water drain by pushing the bag gently on the edges and lay it on a hanger with its flap open wide. Let the bag dry in the open air or indoors. Do not use hanger clips as they may leave marks on the bag.
  • Do not use a fabric softener.
  • The metallic parts of the bag are also OK to be washed.

How much does the shipping cost?

Since the shipping cost depends on the country you are, the specific bag you chose and the shipping method you selected, you should check the exact amount of the shipping cost, when you select your country and shipping method before the process of the checkout. MISS POLYPLEXI is not responsible for any additional charges due to taxes, duties or freight charges for international orders.


Which are the available payment methods?

The available payment methods vary for each country. You can check the available payment methods after selecting the country of delivery before proceeding to the checkout. 


Why my package has not been delivered yet, even if I selected express shipping?

The days regarding the shipping method you have selected should not be confused with the duration of the handbag’s knitting. All MISS POLYPLEXI handbags are custom made to order and require up to 10 business days for knitting. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will be notified by e-mail and it will be delivered within the number of days indicated in the shipping method.


Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email of my order?

In case you didn’t receive a confirmation email after your order submission, please check your junk e-mails. In case, you cannot find the confirmation e-mail there, we recommend you contacting us via e-mail at


Why is a product removed from my cart?

If a product is no longer available, it will automatically be removed from your cart. There are various reasons this may happen. A product may be unavailable because it is out of stock. This usually happens when products remain in your cart for a long period of time and you might not have proceeded to the checkout within a reasonable amount of time.


Why is the quantity of a product automatically reduced in my cart?

Some handbags come out in a limited-edition series. For example, if you choose to add four limited-edition products in your cart, but there are only two items left, you will automatically have two items in your cart, instead of four.


Can I change the color of the handbag that I ordered?

Once your ordered is placed, and you received the confirmation e-mail, you will not have the possibility to change the colour of the handbag you selected. All MISS POLYPLEXI handbags are custom made to order according to your preferences so that you carry your unique handbag that resembles no other.


Is it possible to be notified when a product will be available again?

It is possible to be notified by email when the product you are interested in will be available again. Visit the page of the item you are interested in and there you will find the relevant button which you have to click. You have to log in to your account so that you receive the e-mail notification.


Can I change my email address?

No, it is not possible to change your email address.


How can I change my password?

The password can be changed if you go to ‘My Account‘ > Account Details”.


What should I do in case I don’t remember my password?

You can request a new password at the login here. Click on ”Lost Your Password?”, type your email address in the corresponding field and then press the button to request the new password. It will be sent to you by email. After logging in with your new password it is recommended to change your password for your own safety to something that you can easily remember.


What happens if I repeatedly enter an incorrect password while trying to login to my account?

For security reasons, there is a certain amount of times you are allowed to enter an incorrect password while trying to login. This is to protect you in case someone else is trying to log in to your account. If the limit is exceeded, your password will be changed automatically and you will receive an email your new password. After logging in with your new password, it is highly recommended to change it into something that you can easily remember.
